What we do
Michiana On Tap is an independent local media publication. We list events, publish stories and guides, and run giveaways. Event details come from venues, organizers, public calendars and reader submissions. We do our best to keep them accurate, but dates, times, prices and availability change. Confirm with the venue or organizer before you go. We are not responsible for cancelled, changed or sold-out events.
Your submissions
When you submit an event, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and promote it on the site, in our newsletters and on our social channels. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
Photos and takedowns
Event images are supplied by organizers, venues, or their public listings. If you believe an image on the site infringes your rights, email hello@michianaontap.com with the page link and we will review and remove it promptly.
Sponsored content and links
Some content is paid for by sponsors. It is labeled as described in our Advertising Disclosure. Links to other websites, including ticket sellers and sponsor sites, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam, scrape content in bulk, interfere with the service, or submit false or misleading information. We may block access for misuse.
Our content
Stories, guides, design and branding on the site belong to Michiana On Tap unless otherwise noted. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution. Please ask before republishing full articles.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michiana On Tap is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including attendance at any listed event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in the courts of St. Joseph County, Indiana.
